## Workflow

### Draft → Send → Sign → Active → Renewal.

Five states. Every contract belongs to exactly one. Status transitions are auditable and reversible — until they’re countersigned.

   Pick a template. Fill in the variable fields. Operator-side review with red-line tracking until you’re happy.

2. **Send**
   
   Email, share link, or QR. Signer sees only their fields. Mobile-optimised; no app install required.

3. **Sign**
   
   Type, draw, or tap-to-sign. Binds to IP, timestamp, device. Both parties get a final PDF on completion.

4. **Active**
   
   Contract goes live. Billing engine starts the schedule, access cards provision, recurring blocks issue holds.

5. **Renewal**
   
   Notice email goes out automatically. Auto-renew if configured; otherwise a one-tap confirm or amend path.
