Pricing your space deserves.
Rate cards per room, tier, and time-of-day. Inheritance so a single edit cascades. Surge pricing that knows when Friday afternoon is hot, and promo codes your front desk can hand out without a meeting.
- 12sto change a rate across 8 rooms — inheritance does the rest
- 3 tiers in one rate card, with per-tier discount logic
- +18% average yield uplift after surge pricing turned on
01 — Capabilities
Pricing logic your operations team can actually maintain.
Rate cards
One card per room or one card per floor — your call. Inline editor with arrow-key navigation, instant validation, and an audit trail for every change.Tier inheritance
Define base rates once. Pro, Member, and Day Pass inherit and override. Change the base and the cascade updates downstream cards — without overwriting your manual overrides.Dynamic surge
Auto-bump rates when utilization crosses a threshold you set. Friday 3pm Atrium goes from $45 to $58. Front desk sees the markup and the rule that fired it.
02 — Rate card editor
Edit a rate in five seconds, cascade it in twelve.
Inline, keyboard-first. Tab through rows, type to edit, ⌘S to save. Validation surfaces on commit, not as a tooltip you have to chase.

03 — How it resolves
Tier × resource × time = the rate that lands on the receipt.
Every booking resolves the same four-step lookup. No hidden surcharges, no per-customer haggling spreadsheets, no “why did this cost $58?” from a member at month-end.
- Promo codes apply on top, after the engine resolves base rate
- Stacking rules: max-discount caps, exclusion windows, single-use enforcement
- Audit log records every input that produced the final rate
- Member-portal receipt shows the breakdown — no support ticket asking what each line means
01 Pick the tier
Day Pass, Member, Pro, or a custom tier you've created. The tier sets the base discount profile.02 Pick the resource
Atrium, Studio, Boardroom — each has its own rate card. Inheritance from a parent location card is opt-in.03 Pick the time window
Weekday daytime, evening, weekend. Up to 4 windows per row. Surge rules can add a 5th when utilization spikes.04 Final rate
The engine resolves tier × resource × window, applies surge, and stamps the line item. Front desk sees the full breakdown.
04 — Rate matrix
Four rooms, four tiers, sixteen rates — one place to see them all.
The matrix view rolls up every rate card across your space. Drill in to edit a single cell; cascade changes hit the underlying card. All hourly unless noted.

“We used to repricing meetings every quarter and pretend nothing changed. Now I bump Studio weekend rates by $10 in the editor at 9am and the next booking pays the new rate at 10.”
