    Host sends magic link from the booking. Email includes wifi, parking, and the host's photo.

    Guest scans
    QR or numeric code at the kiosk. NDA prompt if configured. Photo capture optional.

    Host notified
    Push + Slack ping. Kiosk shows “Welcome, Daniel — Jordan is on her way.”

    Checked out
    Auto-checkout on door close or manual tap. Duration logged to the audit ledger.
